Care Instructions:

• If kept on the counter and used daily, feed your starter equal amounts of flour and water (by weight) each day.
• If not using daily, store in the fridge and feed once a week with equal parts flour and water, discarding 50 grams before each feeding.
• More detailed instructions are included with your purchase. 

We highly recommend not using a gluten-free flour blend to feed your starter, as these blends often contain too many variables. For the best results, we suggest feeding with brown rice flour, cassava flour, or quinoa flour.
