To be included in this week’s bake, please place your order by Monday at midnight. This gives us the time to naturally ferment, shape, and bake each loaf with care and precision.

Our Four-Step, Three-Day Process – The Art of Slow Food
Great sourdough is never rushed! We follow a meticulous four-step method spread over three days:
1️⃣ Mixing & Fermentation (Monday-Tuesday): We mix our organic ingredients and allow the dough to slowly ferment, developing its signature tangy flavor.
2️⃣ Shaping (Tuesday): Each loaf is hand-shaped with care, giving it a beautiful structure.
3️⃣ Final Rise & Bake (Tuesday Evening & Wednesday Morning): The dough rests overnight before being baked to a crisp, golden perfection.
4️⃣ Ready for You! (Wednesday): Your fresh loaf is at its peak—crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful inside.

Pick-Up in Bend
Your handcrafted sourdough loaf will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday between 11 AM and 4 PM at Starbird Women’s Health in Bend. Come grab your fresh-baked bread and enjoy the aroma of real sourdough!
