Orders are due by Monday to be included in our weekly bake. Our bread is made through a carefully crafted process over three days—because slow food is the best kind of food.
We bake on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, ensuring that your fresh loaf is ready for pick-up on Wednesday between 11 AM and 4 PM at Starbird Women’s Health in Bend.
Not located in Bend or Sisters? No problem! We proudly ship throughout the United States and Canada. Your fresh loaf will be shipped Wednesday morning.

Store your loaf in an airtight container, beeswax wrap, or plastic bag for up to five days at room temp. Think you'll take longer to eat it? No problem! Pop it in the freezer and pull out a slice to toast for up to six months.
