These bagels are sold in a variety pack of four bagels. Varieties include Everything, Salt, Poppyseed, and Plain. Look for more flavors soon!
Orders are due by Monday to be included in each week's bake.
We bake Wednesday morning and your fresh bagels are ready for pick up Wednesday between 11 am and 4pm from Starbird Women’s Health in Bend, or our Bakery in Sisters.
All Organic Ingredients: Brown rice flour, sorghum flour, oat flour, tapioca flour, psyllium powder, active yeast, flax meal, coconut sugar, apple cider vinegar, everything bagel seasoning (garlic, onion, salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds) salt.
Storage: Like the fresh bagels from the bakery, these GF bagels are best eaten the first few days after they're made. We recommend eating them within three days of purchase. However, you can slice & freeze them for easy toasting later!

Store your loaf in an airtight container, beeswax wrap, or plastic bag for up to five days at room temp. Think you'll take longer to eat it? No problem! Pop it in the freezer and pull out a slice to toast for up to six months.
