These bagels are sold in a variety pack of four bagels. Varieties include Everything, Salt, Poppyseed, and Plain. Look for more flavors soon!
Orders are due by Monday to be included in each week's bake.
We bake Wednesday morning and your fresh bagels are ready for pick up Wednesday between 11 am and 4pm from Starbird Women’s Health in Bend, or our Bakery in Sisters.
All Organic Ingredients: Brown rice flour, sorghum flour, oat flour, tapioca flour, psyllium powder, active yeast, flax meal, coconut sugar, apple cider vinegar, everything bagel seasoning (garlic, onion, salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds) salt.
Storage: Like the fresh bagels from the bakery, these GF bagels are best eaten the first few days after they're made. We recommend eating them within three days of purchase. However, you can slice & freeze them for easy toasting later!

Store your loaf in an airtight container, beeswax wrap, or plastic bag for up to five days at room temp. Think you'll take longer to eat it? No problem! Pop it in the freezer and pull out a slice to toast for up to six months.

My sister is gluten and yeast-free and hadn’t had bread in years. When I bought her some Leaven and Love loaves for the Thanksgiving holiday, she was ecstatic. When she actually tried them, literal tears came to her eyes. She loved them! And as a gluten-lover, I can confirm - these loaves are delicious, and SO MUCH BETTER than any store-bought gluten-free options. Needless to say, I’ll be buying these every time family visits (and probably shipping some, too)!

Bagels are so fun and these are the BEST!! i made these for my friends when they were visiting. I am the only one who is gluten free but they all loved them. They're great texture and great tasting. I am so grateful to have them here in central oregon. discovered at the NWX farmers market and i look forward to getting them a few times a month. its a treat at my house that i look forward to! thanks for all you do!!
