How This Works

At our bakery, every loaf is a labor of love, crafted with time-honored techniques and the highest quality organic ingredients. Our three-day sourdough process ensures deep flavor, superior texture, and maximum nourishment. Here’s how to get your fresh-baked bread:

Order Deadline: Monday

To be included in our weekly bake, all orders must be placed by Monday at midnight. This allows us the time to naturally ferment, hand-shape, and bake each loaf to perfection.

The Baking Process: A Three-Day Craft

Great bread takes time! Our process follows the natural rhythm of slow fermentation:
Monday & Tuesday: We mix, ferment, and carefully shape each loaf, allowing flavors to develop naturally.
Tuesday Evening & Wednesday Morning: We bake your sourdough fresh, creating a crisp crust and soft, flavorful crumb.

Pick-Up in Bend

Your handcrafted loaf will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday between 11 AM and 4 PM at Starbird Women’s Health in Bend. Swing by and grab your bread fresh from the oven!

Nationwide & Canada Shipping

Not local? No worries! We ship fresh bread across the U.S. and Canada so you can enjoy our organic, gluten-free sourdough wherever you are.
