Orders are due by Monday to be included in each week's bake. We make this bread for you in a four-step process spread out over three days. Now that's slow food!
We bake Tuesday evening & Wednesday morning and your fresh loaf is ready for pick up Wednesday between 11 AM and 4pm from Starbird Women’s Health in Bend, or our bakery in Sisters.
Not located in Bend or Sisters? No problem! We also ship via Priority Mail throughout the United States and Canada.
Your fresh bread will be shipped Wednesday morning.

Care Instructions
Store your loaf in an airtight container, beeswax wrap, or plastic bag for up to five days at room temp. Think you'll take longer to eat it? No problem! Pop it in the freezer and pull out a slice to toast for up to six months.
